How do I create a new candidate?

From the dashboard you are able to navigate down the left-hand side as to what area of the system you are going to be using, to add in a new candidate you must go to the ‘Workers’ tab where you will see a summary of the current workers in the system.

1. To add a new worker at the top of the page select ‘New’

2. At this stage, you can either send out an email with the link to access the system or you are able to select the ‘Do not send invitation email until worker onboarding’.

3. From the dashboard you are able to navigate down the left-hand side as to what area of the system you are going to be using, to add in a new candidate you must go to the ‘Workers’ tab where you will see a summary of the current workers in the system

4. Insert the candidate’s details ensuring you have completed all of the mandatory fields. At this stage, you are able to either send out an email with the link to access the system or you are able to select the ‘Do not send invitation email until worker onboarding’. This means the worker will not receive anything until they are attached and have been sent an onboarding package.

5. Save the details and the employee will appear in the workers listing.
